Fans of Jung Kook are in for a treat as the BTS star collaborates with Calvin Klein to launch a new clothing line.
Announced on May 18, this capsule collection, co-created with the fashion house, will feature a unique logo—[CKJK]. The designs include a variety of pieces, from custom denim washes to hidden embroidery patterns, with key items such as a ’90s trucker jacket, baggy low-rise jeans, graphic tees, sweatshirts, and a racer jacket, as reported by WWD.
According to WWD, “Jung Kook was involved throughout the entire creative process, from the initial concept discussions through to the final design details.” Both Jung Kook and the Calvin Klein teams focused on making his influence felt across the collection, which is deeply rooted in his passion for motorcycles.
Pieces from this collection will become available for purchase online starting May 19. The following day, select retail locations will begin carrying the line.
David Savman, global brand president, remarked in a statement to WWD, “Jung Kook has been a global ambassador for Calvin Klein for years, and we’ve seen the powerful connection he has with his audience globally. His cultural impact, authenticity, and style resonate deeply with both our existing customers and his highly engaged fanbase. What makes this capsule especially compelling is how it combines Jung Kook’s influence with Calvin Klein’s most recognizable styles to create something that feels fresh, personal and culturally relevant.”
This fashion collaboration comes during a busy touring schedule for BTS, who released their first full-length album in five years, ARIRANG, in March. The album topped the Billboard 200 for three weeks.
Next, the group plans to perform five shows at Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas to conclude May, before heading to Busan, South Korea. Their global tour is set to wrap up in March of the following year.
