Join BTS and ARMY in a Fun ‘ARIRANG’ Scavenger Hunt: Can You Solve the Album Clues?
Trending on Billboard
BTS is igniting excitement among fans with a new initiative in collaboration with Google, just ahead of the release of their upcoming album, ARIRANG. The promotion involves a dynamic scavenger hunt that invites fans to engage creatively.
Launched on Thursday, March 5, and accessible exclusively via mobile devices, the activity begins when users type “BTS” into the Google search bar. A graphic of a message in a bottle appears at the bottom of the screen. Clicking the graphic leads participants through a series of trivia questions and challenges centered around the band, with digital rewards available to collect along the way.
Each week leading up to the album’s release on March 20, new clues will be introduced, keeping fans on their toes.
The game not only marks the band’s much-anticipated return with their first full-length album in six years but also celebrates BTS’s status as Google’s most-searched boy band of all time since 2004. It’s part of a broader strategy employed by RM, Jin, Suga, j-hope, Jimin, V, and Jung Kook to maintain fan engagement in the lead-up to ARIRANG. The group recently featured on the cover of GQ, discussing their artistic evolution and revealing the album’s official tracklist, which includes contributions from notable producers such as Diplo, Kevin Parker of Tame Impala, Mike WiLL Made-It, and Ryan Tedder, with all 14 tracks co-written by the band members.
Adding to the excitement, BTS will host a comeback concert, set to be live-streamed on Netflix the day after ARIRANG drops. A trailer for this highly anticipated event was released on Wednesday.
