Joe Jonas Lightheartedly Replies to Camp Rock 3 Critic’s Concern About Jonas Brothers’ Finances
Joe Jonas continues to embrace his comedic edge in portraying Shane Gray for the upcoming Camp Rock 3, even after a 15-year hiatus from the franchise.
The excitement among millennials surged following the recent teaser for the sequel, released by Disney+ and Disney Channel. The Jonas Brothers have remained in the public eye, and Joe delivered a humorous response to a critic of the film, which is set to premiere in Summer 2026.
A social media user posed the question on X, “Genuine question are the Jonas Brothers in serious debt or something?” To which Joe replied, referencing a line from the teaser: “God forbid Connect 3 go back to where Connect 3 connected.”

Disney unveiled the first teaser for Camp Rock 3 on Thursday, marking the return of Joe, Nick, and Kevin Jonas as the group Connect 3, also known as the Gray Brothers. The story follows their return to the camp, where they aim to discover fresh talent.
The trio serves as executive producers for this new installment, alongside Demi Lovato, who previously starred as camper Mitchie Torres in the original films, Camp Rock (2008) and Camp Rock 2 (2010).

Alongside the Jonas Brothers, Maria Canals-Barrera will reprise her role as Connie. New cast members include Liamani Segura, Malachi Barton, Lumi Pollack, Sherry Cola, Hudson Stone, Casey Trotter, Brooklynn Pitts, and Ava Jean.
Camp Rock 3 will explore the narrative of Connect 3 as they lose their opening act for a major reunion tour. The brothers return to their beloved Camp Rock to scout for the next big star. As campers compete for a chance to open for their favorite band, tensions will rise, testing friendships and leading to unforeseen alliances, revelations, and romances. The new campers include the tenacious Sage (Segura) and her laid-back brother Desi (Stone), the camp bad boy Fletch (Barton), cello prodigy Rosie (Pollack), drummer Cliff (Trotter), choreographer Callie (Pitts), and the formidable influencer Madison (Jean).
This upcoming Disney film follows the brothers’ recent collaboration in A Very Jonas Christmas Movie, currently available for streaming.
