Jennifer Lopez and Brett Goldstein Navigate Love in the Exciting ‘Office Romance’ Trailer
Netflix has unveiled the first trailer for Office Romance, a forthcoming romantic comedy featuring Jennifer Lopez and Brett Goldstein, known for his role in Ted Lasso.
In the film, Lopez portrays Jackie Cruz, a CEO of a major airline, who not only runs the company but also pilots its planes. She embarks on a romantic relationship with new company lawyer Daniel Blanchflower, played by Goldstein. Their secret romance threatens to jeopardize their careers as they resolve to “stop playing by the rules and start following their hearts,” according to the official synopsis.
“Do you believe in magic?” Jackie inquires, to which Daniel responds, “Honestly, since I first walked into your office, I believe in everything.” In another scene, Jackie warns, “No fooling around at the office,” to which Daniel agrees, “Never.” However, Jackie cautions that getting caught could “destroy everything I’ve built.”

The script for Office Romance was co-written by Goldstein and Joe Kelly, with direction from Ol Parker, recognized for his work on Mamma Mia! Here We Go Again. The film also features Betty Gilpin, Amy Sedaris, Tony Hale, Bradley Whitford, and Edward James Olmos among its cast. Other notable names include Tony Plana, Roger Bart, Jackie Sandler, Donald Elise Watkins, Jodie Whittaker, Natalie Ortega, Mary Wiseman, Brian Gallivan, Ali Stroker, Michelle Hurd, Scott Seiss, Lisa Gilroy, Rick Hoffman, Will Sasso, and Mo Welch.
Producers include Aaron Ryder and Andrew Swett from Ryder Picture Company, alongside Goldstein, Kelly, and Lopez with Elaine Goldsmith-Thomas and Benny Medina for Nuyorican Films. Courtney Baxter serves as executive producer for Nuyorican, which holds a multiyear first-look deal with Netflix covering films, TV series, and unscripted projects.
Office Romance is slated for release on June 5 on Netflix.
