Hulu’s ‘Vanderpump Villa’ Faces Drama with Taylor Frankie Paul as Dakota Mortensen Exits Season 3
Drama Unfolds Ahead of ‘Vanderpump Villa’ Season Premiere
The upcoming season of Vanderpump Villa has been thrust into the spotlight due to a controversial situation involving reality stars Taylor Frankie Paul and Dakota Mortensen. Scheduled to debut its third season on Disney’s streaming platform on April 16, the show is produced by Bunim/Murray and features Lisa Vanderpump and her team as they craft luxurious experiences for their guests in Newport Pagnell, UK.
Each season brings together personalities from various reality shows, including Love Island, The Challenge, and Made In Chelsea. However, Mortensen’s participation has been impacted by an ongoing domestic assault investigation. This inquiry was initiated following the release of a video that depicted Paul, who was poised to star in the upcoming season of The Bachelorette, throwing metal stools at Mortensen while a child was present. As a consequence of these events, Disney decided to shelve the new season of The Bachelorette.
Initially discussed during season four of The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives, Mortensen accompanied fellow cast members Jordan Ngatikaura, Chase McWhorter, Mason McWhorter, Zac Affleck, and Jacob Neeley on the trip. Meanwhile, production for The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives has been paused in light of the recent developments.
Despite these setbacks, Mortensen is set to appear in another reality series, Alex Cooper’s Unwell Winter Games, alongside Mormon Wives star Demi Engemann. This new show will launch on YouTube on April 6, according to reports from Variety.
