The Hilltop Hoods’ recent tour may have concluded, but the hip-hop group’s special auction has left a lasting impact.
During their Never Coming Home national tour, the group launched an online auction featuring signed memorabilia, rare collectibles, and unique items. Proceeds from the auction will benefit Lion Hearts Learning, a South Australian charity dedicated to supporting children and families affected by cancer and other health challenges.
On Thursday, March 27, the duo—comprising Suffa (Matthew Lambert), MC Pressure (Daniel Smith), and DJ Debris (Barry Francis)—announced that the auction had raised over A$95,000 (approximately $65,000).

“Lion Hearts Learning can now open a new Playgroup/Preschool in the north of Adelaide, giving so many more children in need access to their services,” the organization stated on its social media. “This means more children supported, more families connected, and more moments of joy, learning and belonging for those facing cancer and serious health challenges.”
Items auctioned included the 2008 Big Day Out banner, DJ Debris’ signed mixer used in “Cosby Sweater,” platinum plaques, signed vinyl, and limited collaborations with DC Shoes, Zoo York, and G-Shock.
“Lion Hearts Learning does incredible work in the community,” Suffa commented at the auction’s start. “Unfortunately, a lot of families have been impacted by childhood cancer, including Pressure’s, so we’re grateful to be able to help fundraise for a very worthy charity.”
Originating from Adelaide, Hilltop Hoods holds the record for the most career entries on triple j’s Hottest 100 countdown, with 23, a testament to their enduring popularity. They have achieved six consecutive ARIA No. 1 albums, starting with The Hard Road in 2006, up to their latest release, 2025’s Fall From The Light (via Island/Universal).
With seven total No. 1 albums, they hold the distinction of being the Australian band with the most top spots, surpassing iconic groups like AC/DC, Powderfinger, Cold Chisel, and Silverchair. To date, they have sold over 1.1 million albums, garnered 1.9 billion global streams, and won 10 ARIA Awards and six APRA Music Awards. In addition, a lane in their hometown will be renamed in their honor.
Their recent tour concluded on March 21 at Perth’s RAC Arena, marking their largest tour to date.
