Harriet Walter, Anne Reid, and Freddie Fox Join HBO’s Youth
In a significant casting announcement, acclaimed actors Harriet Walter, Anne Reid, and Freddie Fox have been signed for recurring roles in HBO’s upcoming comedy series, Youth. The show is spearheaded by Sharon Horgan, known for her work on Succession, Ted Lasso, and Silo.
Youth centers around the life of a 50-year-old divorcee navigating the complexities of love and intimacy while simultaneously caring for her ailing parents and raising her adult son. Horgan takes on the dual roles of star and writer, also serving as an executive producer through her production company, Merman.
The production team for Youth includes Faye Dorn as an additional executive producer, along with Jim Kleverweis and director Dawn Shadforth.
Walter is represented by Christian Hodell and Elizabeth Fieldhouse at Hamilton Hodell, while Reid is represented by Will Hollinshead at Independent Talent. Fox is under the representation of Chalcot Square Arts and Media Management.
