Gown and Out in Beverly Hills Cast Faces Incident in Hollywood
Hollywood Attack: Stars of ‘Gown and Out in Beverly Hills’ Targeted
LOS ANGELES – Pol’ Atteu and Patrik Simpson, stars of the Amazon Prime series "Gown and Out in Beverly Hills," were reportedly attacked by an individual in Hollywood on Sunday, March 29, around 9:30 a.m. The incident occurred near the intersection of Melrose Avenue and Vine Street, while the duo was inside their vehicle.
Atteu and Simpson recounted the harrowing experience in a video shared with FOX 11, explaining that they were suddenly blocked by an SUV that swerved across lanes. A man exited the vehicle, began yelling, and proceeded to punch the car window and kick the door.
The two claimed they could not make out the man’s words and were left questioning whether the attack was targeted due to their public status or if it was an unprovoked act of aggression.
Following the incident, Atteu and Simpson contacted 911 and pursued the assailant’s SUV to document the license plate. While officers from the Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD) arrived at the scene, they directed the duo to file a report online, a response viewed as unusual by the victims who were puzzled as to why the LAPD suggested categorizing the episode as vandalism.
"This person needs to be found," Simpson stated regarding the suspect. "You cannot do this to someone. You can’t just create havoc in their day and damage their car and then go away."
Despite the physical altercation, both Atteu and Simpson thankfully emerged unharmed and remain unclear about the motivation behind the attack.
