Former NHL Employee Files Lawsuit Against Ducks Over Harassment and Discrimination Claims
A former employee of the Anaheim Ducks and the National Hockey League (NHL) has filed a lawsuit against both the team and the league, alleging discrimination, sexual harassment, and retaliation.
According to the lawsuit, the Ducks and their parent company, OCSE, created a workplace environment characterized as a “frat house boys club.” The former employee claims that after she reported inappropriate behavior to human resources, the NHL concocted a reason for her termination.
This legal action highlights ongoing concerns about workplace culture within professional sports organizations and the treatment of employees who speak out against misconduct.
