Demi Moore Wows in Stunning Feathered Dress at the 2026 Oscars Red Carpet
Demi Moore made a stunning impression on the red carpet at the 2026 Oscars, showcasing a breathtaking custom Gucci gown that expertly combined elegance and artistry. Designed by stylist Brad Goreski, the dress featured a striking black and green color palette, drawing attention at the 98th Academy Awards held at the Dolby Theatre in Hollywood on March 15.
Goreski revealed Moore’s vision for the evening in a text to Zanna Roberts Rassi during the live broadcast, stating, “She wanted to wear something that was a work of art, something that was dramatic and super elegant.” The formfitting gown boasted intricate green scale-like metallic details across the torso, which transitioned into a beautiful display of black feathers. Moore glided down the carpet gracefully, seamlessly managing the gown’s feathered train.

Moore’s beauty look was understated yet elegant, featuring her signature straight dark hair and silver jewelry that included emerald-adorned earrings to complement her gown.
This year’s appearance comes on the heels of a significant moment for Moore, as she received her first-ever nomination for Best Actress in a Leading Role for her performance as Elisabeth Sparkle in The Substance. “Being nominated for an Oscar is an incredible honor and these last few months have been beyond my wildest dreams,” she expressed in a January 2025 statement. “I am deeply humbled.” Unfortunately, she lost to Mikey Madison, who won for her role in Anora.
Following her loss, Moore took the moment in stride and was seen enjoying a lighthearted evening with her dog, Pilaf, as she shared her feelings on social media. “MY winner 🍟,” her daughter Tallulah Willis captioned an Instagram post featuring them indulging in two enormous bowls of French fries.
Reflecting on her experience during a subsequent interview, Moore had an inkling of Madison’s victory, telling her manager, “I think it’s going to Mikey.” She conveyed a sense of calm throughout the event, affirming her trust in the outcome and the journey ahead.
