"Demi has never been happier," said a source close to the couple. "She truly loves Jordan. He’s amazing to her.” Lovato and Jutes, who began their relationship in 2022, became engaged in December 2023.
In June, Lovato announced her upcoming cookbook, detailing her own culinary journey. One Plate at a Time: Recipes for Finding Freedom with Food is scheduled for release on March 31, 2026. The release notes that Lovato’s journey began at nearly thirty, as she navigated her relationship with food. Learning to cook allowed her to discover how to nourish herself physically and emotionally.
The cookbook will feature Lovato’s “top five” recipes among over 80 dishes, emphasizing simplicity and enjoyment in cooking.
Lovato has previously discussed her struggles with an eating disorder, sharing insights during a podcast appearance in 2020, where she recounted the challenges of extreme dieting and rigorous workouts.
