Colman Domingo to Host ‘Saturday Night Live’ with Anitta as Musical Guest
Colman Domingo, a two-time Oscar nominee and Emmy winner, is set to make his hosting debut on "Saturday Night Live" on April 11. He will be joined by musical guest Anitta, marking her first appearance on the iconic show.
Domingo has an impressive slate of upcoming projects. He will next be seen in Netflix’s "The Four Seasons" and HBO’s "Euphoria." Additionally, he stars as Joe Jackson, the patriarch of the Jackson family, in the highly anticipated Michael Jackson biopic, "Michael," directed by Antoine Fuqua. Domingo is also set to work alongside Kerry Washington in "An Innocent Girl."
Meanwhile, Anitta, the Grammy-nominated artist, will take the stage as the musical guest for the first time. She recently released a new single titled “Pinterest,” which will feature in her upcoming album, "Equilibrium."
In a related announcement, Jack Black will host "Saturday Night Live" for the fifth time on April 4. Black, who stars in "The Super Mario Galaxy Movie," will perform alongside musical guest Jack White.
