Carly Rae Jepsen announced the arrival of her first child on March 17, sharing her joy through a heartfelt post on Instagram. The pop star and her husband, Cole Marsden Greif-Neill, known as Cole M.G.N., welcomed their daughter after a highly anticipated wait.
In her Instagram Story, Jepsen shared a touching photo of herself holding her newborn, stating, “Last 2 weeks have been the best of my life.” She added a warm greeting: “Welcome to the world little one.”
Jepsen, a Billboard Hot 100 chart-topping artist, married Cole M.G.N. at the historic Chelsea Hotel in New York City in October. The couple tied the knot just over a year after announcing their engagement. Reflecting on their wedding venue, Jepsen told Vogue, “We knew we wanted a location that meant something to us, and the Chelsea Hotel had become a home away from home every time we were in New York.”
Shortly after their wedding, Jepsen revealed that she was expecting her first child, sharing sweet images of her baby bump with the caption, “Oh hi baby.”
