Frankie Faison Joins Cast of Amazon’s Upcoming Romantic Comedy
In a notable addition to the cast of Amazon’s untitled romantic comedy, actors Frankie Faison, Alex Moffat, and Heidi Gardner are set to join the project, which stars Cameron Diaz and Stephen Merchant. Merchant is not only directing the film but also co-wrote it in collaboration with John Butler.

In need of a wife for appearances, he enters into a contractual arrangement with a struggling stand-up comedian portrayed by Diaz, who is seeking health insurance. The film is being produced by Lee Eisenberg, Merchant, and Seth Rogen, Evan Goldberg, James Weaver, and Josh Fagen from Point Grey Pictures. Natalie Sandy serves as an executive producer.
