Camera Footage Shows Suspicious Activity Between Homes in Mid-Wilshire

Homeowners in Mid-Wilshire successfully deterred a potential burglary early Saturday morning, responding swiftly to two suspicious individuals captured on surveillance cameras.

According to the Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD), officers were dispatched to a residence near the intersection of Mullen Avenue and West 9th Street shortly after midnight. The homeowners reported seeing figures dressed in masks and gloves moving between their properties.

Surveillance footage revealed two individuals wearing dark, hooded sweatshirts lurking alongside one of the homes.

Upon receiving the alarm, law enforcement established a perimeter in the area to search for the suspects; however, the individuals had already fled by the time officers arrived. The LAPD noted that there was no evidence of forced entry into any homes in the vicinity.
