Bloomingdale’s Celebrates “California Love” with Star-Studded Post-Oscars Event in Beverly Hills
LOS ANGELES, CA (March 17, 2026) — Following the glamour of Oscars weekend, Bloomingdale’s hosted a vibrant celebration to unveil its Spring 2026 campaign, “California Love.” The event took place at FRAME’s striking headquarters in Beverly Hills, creating an atmosphere that blended fashion, entertainment, and culture—distinctively reflecting the West Coast vibe.
Bloomingdale’s CEO Olivier Bron and Chief Merchant Denise Magid welcomed guests, setting a lively tone in the design-centric venue. The space, known for its refined interiors, was transformed into a social haven that captured California’s relaxed yet stylish essence.
Among the attendees, actors Zoey Deutch and Matt Bomer were spotted at the sushi bar, both donning outfits exclusively sourced from Bloomingdale’s. Actress Sophia Bush made a fashionable appearance alongside Ashlyn Harris, showcasing coordinated FRAME pieces that highlighted the brand’s modern tailoring.
Adding to the evening’s energy, Ella Balinska took to the DJ booth shortly after arriving from London, performing a set that resonated throughout the night, all while dressed in a tailored pinstripe suit.
The crowd featured a mix of familiar faces and emerging talents. Notable attendees included Francesca Reale, Genevieve Angelson, Kasmere Trice Stanfield, Kathryn Gallagher, and Madison Iseman, mingling effortlessly as the soirée unfolded. Choreographer Stephen Galloway was also seen engaging with guests as he held court from a pair of Pierre Jeanneret chairs.
In a more personal moment, Rainey Qualley arrived with her young child, adding warmth to the fashionable setting. Designer Jonathan Simkhai, whose creations are part of the “California Love” capsule, interacted with guests and collaborators.
The event also underscored Bloomingdale’s ongoing partnership with Baby2Baby, a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing essential items to children in need. Co-founders Kelly Sawyer and Norah Weinstein attended, accompanied by ambassadors Sara and Erin Foster, all showcasing pieces from Favored Daughter, a brand set to debut at Bloomingdale’s later this year.
The Beverly Hills event amplified the essence of the “California Love” campaign, which aims to capture the ease, optimism, and creative spirit of California through exclusive collections and immersive retail experiences. It embodies a way of dressing—embracing relaxed denim and fluid tailoring—that feels both contemporary and timeless.
For one evening, the campaign’s vision was brought to life, emphasizing not just fashion but also the connections and gatherings that define California’s influence on culture.
