Ashley Tisdale’s Favorite Beauty and Wellness Essentials
Living well can be a straightforward endeavor, a philosophy embraced by Ashley Tisdale’s new lifestyle platform, designed to encourage a slower, more intentional way of life. Central to this approach is the concept of finding joy in daily routines, whether through skin-care rituals, mindful moments, or products that simplify life.
“I repurchase the Kosas concealer because it doesn’t get cakey and is easy to apply. I love Westman Atelier Baby Cheeks blush because it looks natural, but it’s buildable, too. I can use it on low-makeup days, as well as days when I want to look a little more done-up,” Tisdale shared.
She also enjoys “a Hydrafacial treatment, especially during the winter when my skin can use the extra moisture.” Highlighting her natural curls, Tisdale mentioned, “I want to do less with my hair. Partly because I don’t have time for a daily blowout, but also because my hair is much healthier when I do less heat styling. I recently discovered RŌZ Milk Hair Serum. It’s lightweight, so it doesn’t weigh my hair down, but it still does a lot to define my hair and make the most of its texture.”
As a founder, Tisdale appreciates the opportunity to create products that resonate with her. She endorsed the shampoo and conditioner from Being Frenshe’s Shine line, particularly praising its Desert Rose scent. “I’ve been using Jan Marini’s products for years. The Skin Zyme Mask helps when my skin feels dull. I also like PCA SKIN’s Hyaluronic Acid Boosting Serum; I apply it while my skin is damp. Summer Fridays Jet Lag Mask is perfect for additional hydration and calmness,” she added.
Tisdale emphasized the importance of mental health, stating, “My morning meditation practice has made a huge impact on my mental health and outlook for the day. I take a lot of walks outside to stretch my legs and clear my head, and I do Pilates with Amanda Kassar. She’s an incredible teacher, and the more I practice, the stronger I feel.”
Regarding her beauty routine, she remarked, “Kristie Streicher’s KS&CO has the best eyebrow products. I like their clear brow gel because it instantly makes me feel pulled together, and it’s impossible to mess up.”
In her journey toward wellness, Tisdale also addresses the balance between digital engagement and personal connection: “Finding time to be offline is part of my approach to wellness. Spending time with friends and family might not be a ‘typical’ wellness practice, but it’s important to be connected. All the classes and smoothies in the world can’t replace the meaning and happiness that comes from feeling connected.”
Tisdale expressed her satisfaction with Arrae’s Bloat Capsules, stating, “I’ve tried lots of different brands, and Arrae’s supplement actually makes me less bloated.”
“By Ashley French is an extension of how I live and what I care about. I wanted to create a space that brings all of it together in a way that feels calm, thoughtful, and personal. It’s less about chasing the latest trending hashtag and more about helping people feel inspired and grounded in their everyday lives,” she concluded.
