“Let’s get some EMT. Girl just passed out. Is she back? She with us? Tell me you weren’t looking for your f—— purse,” Ritter continued, addressing the crowd. “Let’s get you out of there. You can come sit and watch the rest of the song onstage.”
He handed his guitar to a crew member and grabbed a water bottle, rushing to assist the fan. A concertgoer was overheard off-camera praising his actions, saying, “He grabbed his own water bottle. What a f—— G.”
As event staff attended to the fan, Ritter kept the atmosphere light-hearted, asking the audience for snacks and joking about the holiday season. “We need Twinkies, some sugar. Anybody got any gumdrops?” he quipped, before checking on the fan to see if she was okay.
“There we go, Milk Duds to the rescue!” he added, as a protein bar was thrown onto the stage while the fan was supported by security.

As security helped the fan exit the venue, the crowd reacted with applause. Ritter then inquired whether it was appropriate to resume the performance. “Is it not cool to finish the song?” he asked, gauging the crowd’s reaction.
After receiving a thumbs-up from a medical professional attending to the fan, Ritter and his band members resumed playing, as shown in footage from the event.
The event also featured performances by Evanescence, Papa Roach, Third Eye Blind, and Wet Leg, with proceeds supporting local charities, including the Al Wooten Jr. Youth Center and Para Los Niños.
