Alix Earle Shares a Light-Hearted Moment About Her Glow-in-the-Dark Veneers
Alix Earle Takes a Lighthearted Approach to Her Veneers on TikTok
Influencer Alix Earle humorously addressed her veneers during a recent TikTok video, posting on January 20 while enjoying T.I.’s "Whatever You Like" in a dimly lit club. In the clip, the 25-year-old playfully dismissed questions about her dental work, saying, “No, I don’t have veneers, why do you ask?” as her luminescent teeth shone in the dark. She captioned the video, “Glow in the dark giving me away.”
Earle previously shared her experience with veneers in a TikTok from July 2025, revealing her initial regrets. “I never wanted to post about it because I immediately felt like I regretted it,” she confessed. “And I never want to, like, influence people to do something that I don’t think they should do.”
Her journey to veneers began during her senior year of high school when she wore Invisalign. After feeling that two of her teeth appeared shorter due to the treatment, she opted for composite bonding to add length. However, this made her teeth more fragile. She explained, “So, like I’m an anxious person, and sometimes if I have a bad dream, I’ll bite my teeth in my sleep — and they would, like, crack off.”
After gaining a significant following on TikTok, Earle decided to pursue veneers. Initially intending to get just two, she was persuaded to opt for ten by her dentist.
Reflecting on her choice, Earle expressed mixed emotions. “I don’t know, honestly, kind of emotional for me,” she said, fighting back tears. “I really regretted it, like, right away. And I think it was really scary for me, and I was like, ‘What did I just do?’ I had such good teeth and, I’m like, ‘Oh my God, I have to keep up with this for the rest of my life.’”
Earle noted that the veneers look “similar” to her natural teeth, prompting her to question, “Why did I even do that in the first place?” She reiterated, “I will say I don’t regret a lot, but it is something I really regret doing.”
She also shared a humorous anecdote about an incident involving Kate Hudson, who supported her when one of Earle’s veneers cracked at a social event on the Ritz-Carlton cruise line. While sipping a margarita through a straw, the mishap occurred, and Earle filmed herself attempting to remedy the situation by filing her tooth down. “Thank God for her because otherwise I would’ve been alone, crying about my tooth,” she said of the actress.
With 8.3 million followers on TikTok and a recent stint on Dancing With the Stars, Earle is looking to the future. In an interview with People, she shared her aspirations for 2026, stating, “It’s gonna be a lot of new, big beginnings.” She mentioned an upcoming YouTube segment called "Get Real with Me" through Hot Mess Media and plans to launch her own company, emphasizing that she’s poised for a year filled with significant developments.
