Todd Chrisley has rejoined his family after spending 28 months in prison. The star of the USA Network reality series Chrisley Knows Best emphasizes his commitment to family as he returns home.

The father of five children—Lindsie and Kyle Chrisley from his first marriage to Teresa Terry, and Chase, Savannah, and Grayson Chrisley with current wife and co-star Julie Chrisley—Todd’s family has been a focal point throughout his legal challenges.

In June 2022, Todd and Julie were convicted of bank fraud and tax evasion. A federal judge sentenced Todd to 12 years in prison and 16 months probation, while Julie received a seven-year sentence along with 16 months of probation. The couple reported to prison on January 17, 2023. In May 2025, they were granted a full pardon by President Donald Trump.

“For the past two and a half years, I’ve done everything in my power to fight for my parents’ freedom and bring them home,” Savannah stated. “This moment is the answer to countless prayers, and I am beyond grateful to President Trump for seeing the truth and restoring my family.”

Despite their legal troubles, the Chrisley family has returned to reality television with a new series on Lifetime, The Chrisleys: Back to Reality, which premiered in September 2025.

Here’s a closer look at Todd Chrisley’s five children.

Lindsie Chrisley, 36

Lindsie Chrisley, Todd’s first child, was born on September 17, 1989, in South Carolina. She earned her degree in marketing from Georgia State University in 2012 and married Will Campbell the same year, welcoming a son, Jackson. The couple divorced in 2021.

Lindsie participated in the initial five seasons of Chrisley Knows Best but became estranged from the family amid her father’s legal issues. In 2021, Todd suggested that Lindsie’s actions had contributed to the investigation against him.

Despite their estrangement, the pair reconciled during Lindsie’s divorce proceedings in 2022, and later addressed their familial tensions publicly. Lindsie later confirmed that she and Will were both dating new people following their breakup.

In March 2025, Lindsie shared on her podcast that she had not visited her father in over a year.

Kyle Chrisley, 34

Kyle, born on August 29, 1991, in South Carolina, is Todd’s second child. He briefly appeared in the first season of Chrisley Knows Best but distanced himself from the family due to personal issues and substance abuse.

Kyle has a daughter, Chloe, who is in the care of Todd and Julie. In April 2021, he married his fiancée, Ashleigh Nelson. Following scrutinies regarding his parents’ finances, Kyle publicly defended them, stating they hadn’t done anything wrong. In March 2023, he was arrested for aggravated assault stemming from a workplace altercation.

After the pardon of his parents, Kyle expressed his excitement, hoping for a potential reconciliation with Todd.

Chase Chrisley, 29

Chase, born June 1, 1996, is Todd’s eldest son with Julie. He has appeared on Chrisley Knows Best and its spinoff, Growing Up Chrisley. In 2020, he launched his luxury candle line.

Chase began dating Emmy Medders in early 2020, proposing in October 2022 with an elaborate gesture at a stadium. However, the couple split in July 2023. Chase later faced legal issues, being arrested for battery in January 2025.

Upon the pardon of his parents, Chase expressed profound gratitude, celebrating the reunion of his family.

Savannah Chrisley, 28

Savannah Chrisley was born on August 11, 1997, in Atlanta. After attending Lipscomb University, she transferred to Belmont University, graduating later. In 2015, she was crowned Miss Tennessee Teen USA.

Appearing on both Chrisley Knows Best and Growing Up Chrisley, Savannah faced challenges after her parents were incarcerated, taking custody of her younger siblings. She has expressed her commitment to being a positive role model amidst familial turmoil.

In February 2023, she visited Todd in prison for the first time, gaining hope from the encounter. A month later, Savannah teased an upcoming tell-all book, reflecting on her family’s experiences.

Grayson Chrisley, 19

Grayson Chrisley, born May 16, 2006, is Todd and Julie’s youngest child. An active participant in sports, particularly baseball, he has appeared in all seasons of Chrisley Knows Best and also had a role in the film Sharknado 4: The 4th Awakens.

Grayson, who has never watched his family’s reality show, expressed discomfort with the attention that comes from filming. Amid family struggles, he has faced challenges in maintaining a positive outlook. After his parents began their prison sentences, he experienced emotional difficulties and shared the complexities of visiting them.

In January 2025, Grayson began his college journey at the University of Alabama.
