Recent images reveal new plaques placed beneath portraits of former Presidents Barack Obama and Joe Biden.
One plaque under Obama’s photo states, “Barack Hussein Obama was the first Black President, a community organizer, one-term Senator from Illinois, and one of the most divisive political figures in American history.” The text contains numerous inaccuracies and inflammatory claims.

Obama, a Democrat, served two consecutive terms from January 2009 to January 2017. Biden, 83, was his vice president during that time before taking office as president from January 2021 to January 2025, accompanied by Kamala Harris as his vice president.
The plaque for Obama further asserts that he “passed the highly ineffective ‘Unaffordable’ Care Act,” which supposedly led to his party losing control of both Houses of Congress and resulted in the largest House Republican majority since 1946.

The inscription also alleges that Obama “presided over a stagnant economy, approved the Iran Nuclear Deal, and signed the Paris Climate Accords,” both of which Trump later terminated.
In a separate statement, another plaque under Obama’s portrait claims, “Under Obama, the ISIS Caliphate spread across the Middle East, Libya collapsed into chaos, and Russia invaded and took Crimea, in Ukraine.” It goes on to make further accusations, stating that Obama “crippled small businesses,” “spied on the 2016 Presidential Campaign of Donald J. Trump,” and “handpicked” Hillary Clinton to run against Trump, who ultimately defeated her in the presidential election.
Clinton, who won the Democratic nomination, ran against Trump in 2016 following Biden’s decision not to enter the race. The assertion regarding Obama spying on Trump’s campaign references a widely debunked conspiracy theory.
Rather than displaying a traditional portrait of Biden, Trump chose to install an image of a piece of paper being signed, with “Autopen” beneath it, highlighting Biden’s presidency. This image has been used since the Presidential Walk of Fame was inaugurated in September. Trump has consistently accused Biden of improperly using the autopen, despite it being a common practice among past presidents. Biden has countered Trump’s assertions, insisting the autopen-signed executive orders received his approval. On December 2, Trump proclaimed that all of Biden’s autopen-signed executive orders are “null” and “void.”
The plaque describing Biden asserts, “Sleepy Joe Biden was, by far, the worst president in American history,” accusing him of taking office through a “corrupt election” and presiding over what he terms unprecedented disasters threatening the nation.
Trump further emphasizes that Biden caused “the highest Inflation ever recorded.”

However, a report from Texas A&M University in February 2024 stated that “President Carter experienced the largest inflation by far, with prices rising almost 50% during his term in office.”
A second plaque for Biden labels him as “Sleepy” and “Crooked,” alleging he was manipulated by “Radical Left handlers” along with his allies in the media attempting to conceal his mental decline and misuse of the autopen.
The plaque concludes with: “Following his humiliating debate loss to President Trump in the big June 2024 debate, he was forced to withdraw from his campaign for re-election in disgrace. Biden weaponized law enforcement against his political opponent while persecuting many innocent people. He left office issuing blanket pardons to Radical Democrat criminals and thugs, as well as members of the Biden Crime Family – But despite it all, President Trump would get Re-Elected in a Landslide, and SAVE AMERICA!”
