Marie Osmond’s personal life reflects the same energy and dedication as her notable career in entertainment. The star of Donny & Marie is the mother of eight children, including her son, Stephen Jr., whom she shares with her first husband, Stephen Craig Sr. The couple divorced in 1989 but rekindled their relationship, remarrying in 2011. From her second marriage to Brian Blosil, Osmond has seven more children: Rachael, Jessica, Michael, Brandon, Brianna, Matthew, and Abigail. Tragically, her son Michael passed away in 2010 at the age of 18.

In a 2019 interview, Osmond elaborated on her journey of raising eight children. "They’re all really hard workers and they are kind to each other," she shared. "Some of my kids are adopted and I can’t remember which ones, but some of them are more like me than my biological ones, and I’m like, ‘I know why God sent you to me!’"

In 2020, Osmond made headlines with her decision to forgo leaving her wealth to her children, choosing instead to donate her fortune to charity. "I’m not leaving any money to my children," she stated. "I think you do a great disservice to your children to just hand them a fortune because you take away the one most important gift you can give your children, and that’s the ability to work."

Osmond emphasized the importance of letting her children earn their successes, noting, "You see it a lot in rich families, where the kids don’t know what to do and so they get in trouble."

Osmond celebrated their union on social media, expressing her joy in being part of their special day.

• Rachael Lauren Blosil, 36
  Osmond and Blosil welcomed Rachael on August 19, 1989. Today, she works as a costume designer and hairstylist and is married to Gabriel Krueger. They share two children, including a daughter named Rocket Jade. Osmond has expressed pride in Rachael’s family and accomplishments.

• Michael Brian Blosil
