Chloe Tucker Caine’s Approach to Aesthetic Treatments: The Benefits of a Long-Term Mindset
Chloe Tucker Caine, a prominent figure in the entertainment and real estate sectors, showcases her flair for performance in the new season of Netflix’s “Owning Manhattan,” which premiered on December 5. This season promises even more excitement, featuring a grand Broadway-style musical number staged to sell a $6 million townhouse.
In the first season, viewers were introduced to Chloe’s theatrical background, which includes a decade-long acting career, notably as a star in the national tour of “Mamma Mia!” Now, Chloe combines her stage confidence with the fast-paced world of Manhattan real estate, a theme also explored in her web series “Chloe in Manhattan.”
“Wellness has always been a cornerstone of my life—I grew up in LA and have been dancing since I was little—but since the show and becoming a mom, I’ve had to adjust,” Chloe said. “There just isn’t enough time in the day anymore, so everything I do, whether it’s a treatment or a workout, has to count. I’m a big believer in habit stacking.”
Chloe elaborates on her approach to self-care, emphasizing the need for efficiency in her busy schedule. “Sometimes that means wearing a red light mask while doing a quick arm workout, or squeezing in a 20-minute massage at the nail salon. Self-care is so important, so you really have to fit it in wherever you can.”
She also follows a morning routine known as Miracle Morning, which consists of journaling, affirmations, visualization, brief meditation, and movement. “When I’m consistent with it, I really feel the difference in how grounded I am and how much better I’m able to navigate hectic days,” she shared.
Chloe credits her mother, a former fashion forecaster in Los Angeles, for her keen sense of style. With her mother recently relocating to New York, Chloe has benefited from her guidance during filming. “It’s been incredibly helpful, especially during filming,” she noted.
Vocal practice forms another important aspect of Chloe’s routine. “I try to do some sort of vocal warm-up every day. Your voice is a muscle like anything else, so it’s important to stay on top of it,” she explained.
Time constraints drive Chloe’s focus on intentional and effective activities. She collaborates closely with her dermatologist, Diana Palmisano, emphasizing long-term benefits over quick cosmetic fixes. “That approach has really been key for me. I love things like Thermage and PRF, but honestly, I do whatever Diana suggests. Finding a provider you truly trust makes all the difference,” she stated.
Chloe also advocates for the benefits of red light therapy, noting that she utilizes it nightly, especially during filming. “I really feel like it’s made a noticeable difference in my skin texture and overall glow,” she explained.
Though Chloe recognizes the power of appearance, she admits to often opting for a more casual look. “Staying consistent with my workouts is important to me—not just for how I look, but for how I feel. I’m a huge Barry’s girl. It completely calms my brain,” she said.
Creating a harmonious home environment is equally essential for Chloe. “It’s so important to be in a space that makes you feel happy, calm, and inspired,” she asserted.
Looking ahead, she imagines an ideal day beginning with an extended Miracle Morning, followed by a workout, family brunch, and some relaxing self-care before spending cozy time with her baby. “I love what I do so much, but sometimes I really need to turn my brain off and recharge,” she commented.
