Hailee Steinfeld and Josh Allen Share Heartfelt News of Welcoming Their First Child
Hailee Steinfeld and Josh Allen Welcome First Child
Hailee Steinfeld and Josh Allen are celebrating a significant milestone as they announce the birth of their first child. The couple shared the joyous news on Thursday, April 2.
In a heartfelt post titled “Special delivery” on her Beau Society newsletter via Substack, Steinfeld wrote, “Our baby girl has arrived!!” She expressed gratitude, stating, “We’re feeling incredibly grateful and blessed and savoring these early moments.”
Steinfeld also thanked her fans, saying, “Thank you so much for the love and well wishes.”
The arrival of their first child comes less than four months after the couple announced they were expecting in December. At that time, Steinfeld and the Buffalo Bills quarterback shared a joint Instagram video revealing the singer’s baby bump in the snow. In January, she made a memorable appearance at the Golden Globes with her “newest plus one,” wearing a pink gown. Follow-up posts included a February photo of her joyfully sitting on a kitchen island alongside Allen, showcasing her growing bump.
Steinfeld and Allen began dating in spring 2023 and were married by May 2025, following Allen’s proposal in November the previous year.
The Pitch Perfect 2 star has made a name for herself in the music industry, with five entries on the Billboard Hot 100, including her debut single “Love Myself,” which reached No. 30 in 2015. Her EP also charted on the Billboard 200 that same year.
In addition to her musical endeavors, Steinfeld has contributed tracks to several projects, including the four-time Oscar winner Sinners, for which she wrote the song “Dangerous.” Reflecting on her artistry, she noted in a past interview with Billboard, “Blending music and acting like this feels like the fullest expression of who I am. It’s rare to have a project that lets you show up completely — and Sinners gave me that.”
