Man on the Run After Allegations of Sexual Assault at Whole Foods in Valencia
Suspect in Valencia Grocery Store Assault Still at Large
Authorities are seeking public assistance in locating a man accused of sexually assaulting a female shopper at a Whole Foods grocery store in Valencia, Los Angeles County.
According to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department (LASD), the alleged incident of sexual battery occurred on March 23 between 7:30 PM and 8:00 PM at the Whole Foods located in the 24100 block of Valencia Boulevard. The suspect reportedly approached the victim while she was shopping, exposed himself, and then inappropriately touched her before fleeing the scene.
As of March 30, the suspect remains at large. LASD has described him as being in his 30s, approximately 6 feet 1 inch tall, weighing around 220 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. At the time of the incident, he was reportedly wearing a denim shirt and jeans. Authorities have not disclosed whether he may be connected to other crimes or if there are additional victims.
