Exciting New Food Options at Dodger Stadium for 2026 Opening Day
Bone Marrow Tacos Debut at Dodger Stadium Ahead of Home Opener
Dodgers fans can look forward to an exciting culinary lineup as they prepare for the team’s 2026 Home Opener on March 26 against the Arizona Diamondbacks. As the franchise celebrates its recent World Series win in 2025, the stadium’s food offerings will match the championship spirit.
Levy Restaurants, the company managing food services at Dodger Stadium, announced the arrival of several new menu items set to make their debut on Opening Day. Among the highlights is the Cochinita Pibil Bone Marrow Taco, featuring house-braised slow-roasted pork, complemented by roasted bone marrow, pickled onions, and fresh cilantro, all served in warm blue corn tortillas.
Additional culinary offerings include:
- Char Siu Pork Loaded Fries: Crispy fries topped with house-made char siu pork and furikake spice, accompanied by Sriracha mayo.
- Loco Moco Bowl: A Hawaiian favorite that features a seared beef patty over fluffy steamed rice, smothered in savory brown gravy and topped with a sunny-side-up egg.
- Watermelon Habanero Margarita: A refreshing mix of tequila, fresh lime juice, and a house-made watermelon-habanero blend, served with a Tajín-dusted rim.
Fans should also visit LA Feeds Blue in Left Field Plaza, which will feature a rotating selection of specialty food and drink.
Tickets for the Dodgers’ Home Opener are still available, starting around $180. The game is scheduled to begin at 5:30 p.m. and will be broadcast on NBC and Peacock. The opening series with the Diamondbacks includes games on March 27 and March 28, with a World Series ring ceremony planned for the latter.
Following the Diamondbacks series, the Dodgers will host the Cleveland Guardians from March 30 to April 1 before heading out on the road for a week.
