Bunnie Xo Shares Candid Experience After Her Facelift at 46

Country music star Jelly Roll’s wife, Bunnie Xo, recently shared a candid and unfiltered look at the aftermath of her facelift surgery, capturing significant attention on social media. In an Instagram video posted on March 16, Bunnie Xo, 46, humorously compared her post-surgery appearance to that of stand-up comedian Bert Kreischer, revealing her visibly swollen face following the procedure.

Her decision to undergo the facelift was first announced during the March 13 episode of her podcast, “Dumb Blonde.” Bunnie Xo expressed her feelings about the upcoming surgery to her listeners, saying, “Send lots of prayers for your girl. I’m gonna look crazy, guys. I’m gonna be bruised. It’s gonna be a little weird. Don’t freak out.” While she praised her surgeon as “really f***ing good,” she opted not to disclose his name, assuring fans that everything was going to go well.

Prior to the procedure, Bunnie Xo had discussed her motivations for the surgery in a February podcast episode, noting her desire to address cosmetic concerns while she was still relatively young. “Just gonna tack it back. Just a little bit,” she said, while admitting her fear. She remarked that if she got the procedure done now, it would save her from undergoing it later in life.

Bunnie Xo is known for her openness about both her personal and professional life. In her memoir, Stripped Down: Unfiltered and Unapologetic, which she released earlier, she addressed significant and often difficult moments from her past, including her husband’s infidelity. In a February interview with Us Weekly, she explained her choice to be transparent in her book, stating, “They know bits and pieces that I’ve allowed them to know, but nobody knows the full story.” She described the experience of writing as “therapeutic” and appreciated the opportunity to reflect on her resilience.

Bunnie Xo revealed that she shared an early copy of her memoir with Jelly Roll, who encouraged her to tell her truth without hesitation. “My husband has never stifled my creativity,” she said. “That’s one thing I love about my husband. He’s been my No. 1 supporter.”

Jelly Roll, 41, praised Bunnie Xo for her courage in sharing her story, saying it was emotionally impactful for him to read. “It was rough at times just for me to read it,” he stated. “We went through a lot of pain and having to go through it together, but reading the whole book and seeing where it ended at is really touching. I’m just proud of her for telling her story so unapologetically. She talks about everything fearlessly, from domestic assault to sexual assault. I’m just proud of her. She’s so brave.”
