The 2026 Food & Wine Classic in Aspen has unveiled an impressive lineup, poised to attract culinary enthusiasts from around the country.
Returning to Aspen, Colorado, for its 43rd year, the festival features a roster of celebrity chefs and culinary luminaries, including Food Network personalities Bobby Flay and Brooke Williamson, as announced by Food & Wine on December 10.
Set against the stunning backdrop of the Rocky Mountains, the event will take place over three days: June 19, 20, and 21, 2026.
Attendees can anticipate numerous cooking demonstrations, seminars, and tastings over the course of the festival, including five exclusive “Grand Tastings” and various themed parties.
Tickets for the festival will go on sale at 12 p.m. ET on December 10. Early ticket purchases are recommended as they tend to sell out quickly each year.

Bobby Flay, 60, and Brooke Williamson, 47, will host cooking demonstrations alongside culinary stars such as Maneet Chauhan, Andrew Zimmern, Tiffany Derry, Tyler Florence, and Stephanie Izard at the upcoming festival.
Additionally, attendees can participate in wine and cocktail seminars led by esteemed sommeliers and beverage specialists, including Andy Chabot, Arjav Ezekiel, and Anthony Giglio, among others.
In a recent statement, Food & Wine Editor-in-Chief Hunter Lewis expressed excitement for the 2026 festival, highlighting its history of offering “unforgettable experiences.”
“Since 1983, the Food & Wine Classic in Aspen has been a platform for chefs, wine professionals, and hospitality leaders to come together in one of the nation’s most beautiful locales,” Lewis remarked. “It’s an honor to help maintain the legacy of this iconic event.”

Lewis also noted the festival’s commitment to social responsibility, stating that it will support two charity partners: No Kid Hungry, which aims to combat childhood hunger in the U.S., and the Southern Smoke Foundation, a nonprofit offering emergency assistance and mental health resources to food and beverage workers.
As the excitement builds for the 2026 festival, the anticipation reflects a rich tradition of excellence that has defined the Food & Wine Classic in Aspen over the years.
