Tori Spelling addresses comments on her appearance and opens up about fillers
Tori Spelling Addresses Fillers Amid Fan Criticism
Tori Spelling has openly responded to backlash regarding her appearance, specifically concerning accusations of cosmetic fillers. During a recent episode of her podcast, “misSPELLING,” she spoke with renowned plastic surgeon Dr. Terry Dubrow, voicing how hurt they both feel from negative comments directed at their looks.
“It’s horrific… I’m 52, I’ll be 53 in May, and I purposely go the other way ’cause… every photo I put up, people say, ‘Stop with the filler,’” Spelling remarked. Her emphatic denial continued: “I’m like, ‘I’m not!’”

Reflecting on her experience, Spelling expressed frustration, stating, “I should be like, ‘F–k it,’ and get my whole face done ’cause they already say I’ve had it done.” She recounted feeling as if she “can’t win,” despite her attempts to clarify her appearance.
In past interviews, Spelling has attributed any changes in her look to makeup techniques rather than surgical procedures. In 2021, she attributed her revamped appearance to expert contouring by her makeup artist, Hailey Hoff. “I have an amazing makeup artist now. With contour, she does makeup like no one else,” she explained during a live podcast.

Despite her reassurances, in 2023, Spelling faced renewed criticism for allegedly continuing to pursue cosmetic enhancements while struggling financially following her separation from husband Dean McDermott. Fans pointed out discrepancies between her financial claims and her choices regarding cosmetic procedures, with one comment highlighting that “fillers are not for free.”
As she navigates public scrutiny, Spelling continues to address her experiences candidly, sharing insights into the impact of celebrity culture on personal perception and self-image.
