Ariana Madix Responds to Tom Sandoval’s Claims About Her Home: “It’s Not for Sale Yet”
Ariana Madix has responded to recent comments made by ex-boyfriend Tom Sandoval regarding the status of their former home, asserting that it is “not on the market.” During an appearance at the 37th Annual GLAAD Media Awards on March 5, Madix, 40, confirmed to *Us Weekly* that she has “not yet” listed the property they once shared.
Madix’s clarification follows a discussion on the March 3 episode of *Watch What Happens Live With Andy Cohen,* where Sandoval, 43, mentioned the home, which had been the subject of a two-year legal dispute between the former couple. According to prior reports, Madix filed for a partition by sale in January 2024, and the two reached a settlement the same month, nearly three years after the conclusion of their relationship in March 2023. The settlement conditions stipulate the case’s dismissal is “conditional” and requires “the satisfactory completion of specified terms” within 30 days.
“The house is going on the market,” Sandoval told host Andy Cohen, adding, “She got her clothes out.” He affirmed this when Cohen expressed surprise, and it was noted that the couple had purchased the five-bedroom property in 2019 for $2 million after six years of dating.

Madix appeared at the awards looking stylish in a vibrant red Khoudia Thiam dress, which she paired with pointed-toe pumps. Her hair was styled in a polished updo, featuring a curled section slicked down at the front.
Looking to the future, Madix shared with *Us Weekly* her plans for upcoming appearances, including more episodes of the NBC sitcom *St. Denis Medical.* She expressed enthusiasm at the prospect of participating in another season of *Love Island,* noting, “A lot of things I can’t quite talk about yet, but that’s always nice, right?”
Additionally, Madix recently took over hosting duties for *Love Island USA* from Sarah Hyland, beginning with the show’s sixth season, which premiered in June 2024. She also offered advice to the new cast of *Vanderpump Rules*, encouraging them to “live it up” and “have fun” as production for season 13 is set to commence in April.
