Children's and Family Emmys 2023: Complete List of Winners Including 'The Tiny Chef Show,' 'Sesame Street,' and 'Heartstopper'

The fourth annual Children’s & Family Emmy Awards celebrated its winners on Monday night at Jazz at Lincoln Center’s Frederick P. Rose Hall in New York City. Among the top recipients were Sesame Street, Heartstopper, The Tiny Chef Show, Win or Lose, Sweet Tooth, Star Wars: Skeleton Crew, and Descendants: The Rise of Red.

Individual accolades highlighted the evening, with Joe Locke recognized for his performance in Heartstopper and Tabitha Brown winning for Tab Time. John Lithgow achieved his seventh Emmy, marking a significant milestone, while Ana Gasteyer and Andrew Garfield celebrated their first Emmy wins.

“Today’s honorees reflect the extraordinary creativity and care that go into serving television’s youngest audiences and the families who watch alongside them,” said Adam Sharp, President & CEO of NATAS. He emphasized the impact of creators’ work in an often divided world, stating, “You educate, you inform, you entertain, and you inspire.”

The awards recognize creativity and innovation in children’s entertainment, as noted by the National Academy of Television Arts and Sciences. Several winners, including Bill Nye, were announced in November and honored during the ceremony.
