Connor Storrie Could Use Media Training While Sarah Sherman Hopes for “A Big Kiss” in SNL Promos
As Connor Storrie readies for his debut on Saturday Night Live this weekend, he is navigating the challenges of newfound fame.
In a recent promotional segment for the show, cast member Sarah Sherman remarked on the rapid rise of Storrie’s popularity, stating that he “blew up so fast.” Storrie responded humorously, admitting he “hasn’t even had any media training” yet.
“It’s probably fine,” Sherman reassured him, just before his response was bleeped out. In a playful tone, she added, “Oh, I think we should get you some media training.”
Marcus Mumford, lead vocalist of the musical guest Mumford & Sons, joined the banter, quipping, “Yeah, and please don’t use language like that in front of the sons.”
In another promotional clip, Sherman prompted the cast to share their goals for the week. They all chimed in unison, “To put on a good show that makes the audience smile,” before Sherman added, “And to get a big kiss from Connor!”
“Oh, I can’t believe we all said that thing about getting a kiss,” she remarked, moments before Storrie leaned in for a kiss, joined by Mumford & Sons shortly thereafter.
Saturday Night Live is set to return on Saturday at 11:30 PM ET on NBC after a three-week hiatus during the 2026 Winter Olympics in Milan, which aired on NBC and Peacock.
