LA Truck Partially Hangs Over Flood Channel in Valley Village
A city dump truck in Los Angeles was left partially suspended over the edge of a concrete flood channel on Thursday in the Valley Village area.
Los Angeles Fire Department (LAFD) crews were on the scene to recover the truck, which was described as being in a “precarious position.” Witnesses reported that the vehicle had crashed through a chain link fence before stopping, with its front wheels hanging over the flood channel located in the 5400 block of North Coldwater Canyon Avenue.
Authorities advised that traffic in the vicinity may experience disruptions as recovery efforts continued. Fortunately, no injuries were reported in connection with the incident.
