Elimination Updates from The Amazing Race 38: Week-by-Week Recap of Big Brother Contestants Who Left the Show
The Amazing Race Season 38 has officially kicked off, featuring 13 alumni from Big Brother competing alongside their loved ones. The teams will navigate through Europe, tackling various challenges and travel hurdles for a chance to win the grand prize of $1 million.
The cast includes notable participants from previous seasons, such as Angela Murray and daughter Lexi Murray, Hannah Chaddha and sister Simone Chaddha, and others—including Izzy Gleicher with fiancée Paige Seber, and Chelsie Baham with father Jack Baham.
Additional contestants include Jag Bains and brother Jas Bains, Joseph Abdin with brother Adam Abdin, Kat Dunn with boyfriend Alex Romo, Taylor Hale and boyfriend Kyland Young, along with several others.
Throughout the competition, one team will be eliminated during each leg of the race until only three teams remain for the finale.
Elimination Recap:
Jack and Enzo Palumbo
The season premiered on September 25, 2025, following Big Brother 27 and began with teams finding clues that led them to an ice rink. Each duo had to push each other on sleds down the rink to knock over bowling pins. The first team to complete the challenge earned an Express Pass, while the last team faced a Hazard.
Taylor and Kyland secured the Express Pass and granted the second to Jag and Jas. Jack and Enzo fell victim to the Hazard, which required them to consume herring while other teams progressed. Ultimately, their struggles with the clog bike and navigation led to their elimination.
“I’m super proud. There are just so many things I’ve done in this country that I would be terrified to do and I wasn’t scared at all,” Jack expressed in their exit interview.
Angela and Lexi Murray

In Episode 2, the teams traveled from Amsterdam to Prague, encountering travel missteps. Teams, including Angela and Lexi, faced train cancellations, which delayed their arrival.
Once in Prague, the duo participated in a Roadblock challenge involving a fear of heights, which Lexi struggled with. Following that, they worked on a Detour involving memorizing village crests—a task they found particularly challenging. They ultimately managed to reach the Pit Stop, narrowly losing to another team.
Matt Turner and Megan Turner

Facing difficulties in the third leg of the race, Megan and Matt struggled with navigation, which ultimately led to their elimination after failing to find their clue during a plowing challenge.
Kat Dunn and Alex Romo

During the October 15, 2025, episode, the teams traveled to Budapest, where challenges included solving a Rubik’s cube and performing a Hungarian folk dance. Unfortunately, Kat struggled throughout the dance, which resulted in her and Alex being eliminated.
Hannah Chaddha and Simone Chaddha

In the episode aired on October 22, 2025, the teams journeyed to Dubrovnik, Croatia. After facing U-Turns, it was Hannah and Simone who were ultimately eliminated after struggling with a street luge challenge.
Rubina and Kristine Bernabe

On October 29, 2025, Rubina and Kristine struggled throughout their leg in Croatia and were the last to arrive at the Pit Stop. Despite their exit, they expressed gratitude for the experience and spoke fondly of their late mother, who was a fan of the show.
Natalie Negrotti and Stephanie Negrotti

As the competition progressed to November 5, 2025, the teams faced challenges while racing to Romania. Natalie and Stephanie struggled significantly and ultimately finished last.
Episode 8’s Non-Elimination Leg

During the episode on November 12, 2025, the remaining teams engaged in various tasks while navigating Romania and faced a Live Double U-Turn Vote. Despite challenges, Joseph and Adam were spared elimination.
Tucker and Eric Des Lauriers

In Episode 9, the teams traveled to Athens for the next phase of the race. Tucker and Eric faced a challenging Road Block, and despite their efforts, they were eliminated after struggling with traffic on the way to the Pit Stop.
Jack and Chelsie Baham

Jack and Chelsie faced navigation issues in Italy, compounding their difficulties in the Roadblock. Their elimination came as a surprise, given their strong performance earlier in the season.
