- The influencer, 25, discusses stepping into ‘new beginnings’
- She shares how the past few years in the spotlight have boosted her confidence as a businesswoman
In a recent interview, Alix Earle reflected on her rapid rise to fame and the exciting opportunities ahead. Recognized for her candid "Get Ready with Me" videos, the 25-year-old influencer has accumulated 8.2 million followers on TikTok, 5.4 million on Instagram, and over 305,000 subscribers on YouTube. Her impact is so significant that items featured in her posts often sell out, a phenomenon some have dubbed the "Alix Earle effect."
Earle’s influence extends beyond social media; she has established herself as a savvy businesswoman through ventures such as her popular podcast, Hot Mess. Most recently, she announced her role as a strategic investor in GORGIE, a rapidly growing energy drink brand.
When discussing her business partnerships, Earle emphasizes the importance of authenticity. “When putting my name behind a product or a brand, what comes to mind first is just, is it something that I authentically like and enjoy? Those are the partnerships that end up just going over the best,” she stated. Earle first encountered GORGIE during her college years and has integrated it into her routine, particularly during her rigorous schedule on Dancing with the Stars.
“I had a pretty rigorous schedule with a lot of cardio and dancing," she recounted. "I wanted something with clean ingredients because I was going to be consuming a lot of caffeine.” Her preference for GORGIE evolved into a business relationship after she met the founder and learned more about the company’s ethos.
Earle attributes her success to a deep understanding of her audience. “I know my audience the best,” she reflected. “It’s hard sometimes to want to believe or trust other people’s creative visions on something, but I do trust myself with knowing what will go over the best with my audience.”
This past year marked a significant juncture for Earle as she embraced new challenges, notably competing in Dancing with the Stars, where she placed second alongside her partner Val Chmerkovskiy. “I came a long way in confidence,” she noted, describing how she transitioned from feeling intimidated on stage to enjoying her performances.
While she acknowledges that there were aspects she might have approached differently, Earle doesn’t regret her experiences. “Maybe I should’ve had more confidence going into week one, but I think that’s the beautiful thing about the process,” she stated.
Looking ahead, Earle is enthusiastic about several upcoming projects, including her new YouTube series Get Real with Me, launched on January 15. “For 2026, it’s gonna be a lot of new, big beginnings,” she said, hinting at plans to kickstart her own company and bring to life ideas that have been in development for some time. “It should be a big year with a lot of new beginnings,” she added.
