Cooper Kupp, a wide receiver for the Seattle Seahawks, experienced love at first sight with his wife, Anna Marie Kupp (née Croskrey). The couple married in 2015 and have since welcomed three children. In a conversation with PEOPLE in June 2022, Cooper described Anna as the “absolute warrior” of their family.
“I go in very early in the season and my wife then is taking the brunt of the mornings,” he explained. “Every morning, she’s got the boys, and it’s not like I’m just sleeping in. I’m at work, but she still has to take that on.”
Cooper acknowledged that her support enables him to focus on his career, stating, “The things she allows me to do to pursue being the best version of me as a football player could not be done without her.”
Anna, a regular presence at NFL games, often shares moments with Cooper on social media. Following a significant win over the Los Angeles Rams in December 2025, Anna expressed her pride for Cooper, remarking, “I will never stop being proud of the man that you are.”

Anna, a former college athlete, showcased her talent in basketball, volleyball, track, and cross-country during high school. She competed as a heptathlete at the University of Arkansas and Eastern Washington University. Known for challenging Cooper in the weight room, she has maintained her athleticism and competitive spirit.
“I’d go and do a CrossFit workout with her and she would just run laps around me in these workouts,” Cooper recalled.
In 2022, Anna engaged in a women’s basketball league with fellow NFL wives, where Cooper humorously assisted with the scoreboard, prompting laughter over their lack of proficiency.

Cooper and Anna began dating in 2012 during their senior year of high school. Their first meeting was at a track meet, where Anna awarded Cooper a medal. Cooper recalls telling his mother on that day, “I’m going to marry this girl.”
Their relationship faced challenges due to geographic distance while attending separate colleges but they remained committed. By late 2014, they decided to bridge the gap; they got engaged and Anna transferred to Eastern Washington University.

During their college years, Anna worked full-time to support both herself and Cooper, ensuring he could concentrate on football and academics. “I supported us monetarily through college,” Anna stated, emphasizing her role in their partnership.
Cooper attributes much of his professional success to Anna’s unwavering sacrifices. “Without a doubt, not only would I not be here without her, but I really believe I may not be in the NFL if it wasn’t for her and what she has inspired in me,” he noted.

The couple exchanged vows on June 20, 2015, at Oakshire Estate in Yakima, with over 400 guests in attendance. Their wedding uniquely featured Cooper’s football helmet during the ceremony, as he carried Anna down the aisle while wearing it.
In a reflection on their youthful marriage decision, Anna shared, “We feel so lucky to have found someone that we love and cherish so much so early.”
