In the video, Zavala consented to be punched by Garcia while standing shirtless against a wall. Wearing boxing gloves, Garcia struck Zavala in the midsection as he held his hands overhead. The impact sent Zavala to the ground, where he immediately began to scream in distress.
“Are you good?” someone is heard asking off-camera as Zavala exclaims, “Oh s–t!”
As he writhed on the floor, Garcia inquired, “Did I crack you? You good, bro? Oh, f–k.”

Zavala later got up and went to the bathroom to vomit. Moments after, Garcia and another team member checked on him. “I can’t move up, deada–,” Zavala reportedly told them. “He’s actually f–ked up,” the team member added, to which Garcia responded, “He’s bleeding, I’m not even kidding.”
Garcia concluded the video by calling 911 for Zavala. Earlier in the clip, Zavala was seen training with Garcia while wearing protective gear; however, he chose not to wear any gear before consenting to the body shot challenge.
