Sydney Sweeney, known for her roles in popular series, expressed her enjoyment of the red carpet experience in an exclusive interview. Speaking for her American Eagle denim campaign, the 27-year-old actress highlighted her preference for comfort yet acknowledged she takes pleasure in the art of fashion.
“I love making moodboards, and I love when my team makes moodboards, too,” Sweeney noted, discussing her creative process for her most photographed moments.

During the interview, Sweeney detailed her collaboration with her makeup artist Melissa Hernandez and hairstylist Glen “Coco” Oropeza, along with her stylist Molly Dickson, to create visual themes for appearances.
“I’ll make moodboards for each event or press tour of the vibe that I’m wanting to give,” she explained. “Mel will make a fun moodboard for makeup ideas and Glen will make a fun moodboard for hair ideas.”

Despite her glamorous public persona, Sweeney remains grounded in her fashion choices. “But the moment I get that dress off, I’m back in my usual outfit,” she acknowledged, emphasizing her comfort in T-shirts and jeans.
While her style may evolve, one constant remains: “I am still wearing jeans and a T-shirt and it makes me feel the most comfortable and the truest version of myself.” She adds her unique flair with accessories like belts, shoes, sunglasses, baseball caps, and purses to switch up her look while keeping her signature casual style.
